If you’re wondering whether this email is legit, feel free to see the Customer Experience/Reception team during the day — they’ve got all the details. You’ll also get a separate email from reception confirming this change.


What will happen next?

You are going to shortly receive an invitation email from FutureLabs Wi-Fi with the subject ‘Welcome to Scape Redfern Wi-Fi Access’ 

This email will contain your UNIQUE personal Wi-Fi password, and additional information on how to connect. 

 

Once you have your new password, do not share it – this is just for you and your devices. 

 

The Wi-Fi network you will be connecting to is called Scape Redfern

 

It is important that you ‘Forget’ the old/current Scape Wi-Fi networks on your devices as we transition to the new Wi-Fi network.
